The factory extends to more than 250,000 sq. m. in area, making it one of the largest precast concrete production facilities in the World. It is equipped with three batching plants, one of which is dedicated to the production of architectural concrete. Equipment also includes pre-stressing beds, high capacity cranes, a state-of-the-art automated GRC production facility, on-site laboratories and mould making workshops.

The factory is accessible by road and has a large wharf for marine transportation.
